It is our own shot recognition, built here rather than bought in. It finds the moments a ball was struck and labels each one: forehand, backhand, slice, serve.
Upload a match and it comes back as a list of shots. Go straight to the second serve that cost the set, count what a player did on the backhand wing, and send a clip with the marks already on it. You do not sit through the video with a notebook to get there.
Both players are marked, and you are charged for the match, not for the number of shots in it.
Every mark is yours to change. Correct one by hand and it stays corrected, and your corrections train the next version. Nothing is locked, and nothing you fix is thrown away.
Tencoline sells Premium, and Stripe takes the card payment. The Premium button answers this: while it reads Buy at launch the checkout is not open yet, and once it reads Subscribe it opens the checkout, where the price, the billing period and the tax are shown before you pay. The invoice comes by email. Premium is the only thing for sale.
